1）Sales philosophy:

HENGHAO has improved the sales system and lean management system, well-trained sales team members foreigners, learning and research, and strive to provide customers with timely and effective solutions and products.

3）Free samples and delivery:

HENGHAO offers free standard samples and customer demand customized sample 100 or less, freight borne by the customer. Product categories covering 12 categories, thousands of models, existing stock more than 50 million. (Represented by sheet pcs)

Delivery: sample and stock, 3 to 7 days delivery; and the specific needs of a given product samples or customer order takes 4 weeks.

4）Quality Systems:

HENGHAO has improved and strict quality management system, the factory passed the ISO9001 management system, the product passed the UL, TUV CQC KC ROHS and other various safety certification. We have a comprehensive standard to achieve UL witnessed laboratory.

5）Transportation:

HENGHAO has the import and export rights recognized by the Ministry of Commerce of China, and is equipped with professional customs brokers and freight forwarding companies to deliver orders. We will ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible through the transportation methods that customers like, including UPS, TNT, FedEx, sea, and air. For customers in Russia, Europe, the Middle East and other places, we can also use the cheap and fast China-Europe Railway to transport goods. Its freight is quite low and the goods can be delivered within a week. We also accept the shipping method designated by the customer and we will deliver the goods to the warehouse designated by the customer. All transportation costs within China will be borne by our company, and customers only need to pay the freight outside China.

6）Sales service and technical support:

Delivery provides quality test data and report quality certification, also offers a free sample test reports and follow-up technical support for customers.

We have OEM and ODM service, can be customized according to customer special shape products.
